Ah, Mother Earth’s bounty — so beautiful, it’s truly like art, isn’t it? Haven’t been to Union Square Farmers Market in over a year. I need to visit again.
Lis, the wonderful thing about blogging is that we get to share what we see, and get a glimpse of what others see. It’s a great big game of peek-a-boo…and so much fun! xoM
my favorite season, thanks for the quick hit of autumnal splendor. Sheila
You’re welcome! Not my favorite season…it does have its splendor and I’m coming around to appreciate it! xoM

Yes, it seems to be food for the soul as well as the body! Sounds like a visit is waaayyyy overdue, Brig…xoxoM
What a fabulous bounty. Love the sunflowers (of course, I’m biased, they’re one of my all time favourites) 🙂
I’m a big fan of sunflowers, too, Susan, and these were soooo pretty! xoxoM
We stocked up on some decorative gourds/squash this weekend at a local market. And a few last heirloom tomatoes. Nothing beats farm fresh food. 🙂
I’m the only one in our household who likes tomatoes, so I seldom buy them. I really should give myself a little treat before they’re all gone! xoM
What gorgeous pics, bountiful fruit and vegetables, and glorious flowers – cheers for autumn!!
Yyaaayyyyy!!!
When I was there last week I had some really yummy pear cider. I love the greenmarket during the summer and fall.
Oooh, pear cider…I’ll have to look for that! xoxoM
Dear M,
I love the way you get out and live in this world.
