On June 6 and 7, 2013, four rhinos were collared at Balule Nature Reserve in Kruger Park, South Africa! The pictures below were taken by the volunteers and staff from Balule Nature Preserve who were present at this event. To read more about this on-going project, click here.
Although funds for collaring only three rhinos were received in advance, four beautiful creatures were saved from poachers and it’s never too late to make a financial donation or to help raise consciousness about the plight of the rhinos. Many, many thanks to everyone who helped, and will help, to make this happen!
