Our pup is now 17 years old. Those are rubber socks/boots on his feet. He wears them for traction because his feet slide out from under him otherwise. They come off at night. He does pretty well for an old fellah! xoxoM
Great picture of comfort and togetherness. What is it that brings out these qualities in pets? Is it a learnt response from the way we behave? Or could it be something intrinsically deeper?
I think, Shakti, that we humans have that hierarchy all wrong. Perhaps we are the pets…I’ve always felt our four-legged companions are far superior in Understanding that we are for they are very clear that Love is All. They are our constant, gentle, funny reminders of That. All we need do is pay attention…xoM
What in the world is on your dog’s feet? Boots? And why is he/she sleeping in them?

I am so glad you were able to find a solution for his traction problems! Sorry to laugh, it just looked funny to me! Cherish him!
We do cherish him, dear L. Laughing is great medicine, so I’m glad it made you laugh. Makes me laugh sometimes, too! xoxoM
Aw! Nice booties, too!
Thanks! He’s always been a bit of a fashion pup! xoM
Does the dog have boots on? Red fancy boots?
We think of them as rubber socks. At 17 years old, he needs help with traction!
