What’s Your Excuse?

It doesn’t do anything.

I don’t have time.

I can’t sit still that long.

My mind doesn’t stop.

I don’t know how.


Meditation is the focusing of attention.

That’s it.


Of course you can’t sit still for 20 minutes.

No one can when they start.

That’s why it’s called a practice.

  1. I am trying to meditate right before I go to sleep. It feels like taking a cool refreshing shower and cleaning out my mind … helps to get a great night of sleepπŸ™‚
