Crisis

According to Oxford: a time of intense trouble, difficulty or danger.

What I’ve noticed about these times is that we always get through them the same way: one breath, one step at a time. My experience has been that the panic, the emotion, generated during such times, is equivalent to a lot of spinning wheels and hot air with very little result to show for it.

Just for today, focus your attention on your breath.

Feel the air coming in through your nostrils and filling your lungs…

Allow your lungs to deflate slowly, leaving your body through your mouth…

Breathe in Confidence…

Exhale fear and doubt…

Focus your attention on the rhythm of the action connected to the feelings:

Breathe in Confidence…

Exhale fear and doubt…

Feel Confidence pulsing through your body and permeating every cell of your Being.

Breathe in Confidence…

Exhale fear and doubt…

Notice how it feels to release the toxins of fear and doubt, making more room for Confidence.

Now, instead of spinning your wheels, go ahead: Take inspired action!

Repeat as needed.
