Yes it is, J. It is the median strip, in NYC it’s called a mall, on Broadway across the street from Lincoln Center. Cars zip by on both sides. As a pedestrian crossing this somewhat treacherous intersection of Broadway and Columbus Avenue, this is a welcome oasis! 😉 xoM
